Operator's role on the platform
Skarbex is a marketplace platform. The operator provides the technical environment that lets users post, browse and contact each other about goods. The operator is not a party to any sales contract concluded between users — those are bilateral contracts between the buyer and the seller. The operator only acts as the seller of digital services that it offers directly to users (paid listing boosts and subscription plans).
