DSA Notice and Action Policy
Last updated 5 June 2026
This page explains how to contact Skarbex about illegal content, marketplace misuse, and moderation decisions under the EU Digital Services Act.
Single point of contact
Use [email protected] for Digital Services Act notices, authority communications, user notices, counter-notices, and questions about moderation. Please write in Czech or English where possible.
How to submit a notice
A notice is easiest to process when it is specific enough for us to identify and assess the content.
- Identify the listing, imported listing, message, storefront, user profile, or URL concerned.
- Explain why the content is illegal or violates Skarbex rules, and identify the applicable law or right where you can.
- Provide your name or organisation name, an email address for our response, and any evidence or supporting context.
- Submit notices in good faith. Knowingly inaccurate or abusive notices may be rejected and repeated misuse may lead to restrictions.
What we may do
After review we may take one or more proportionate actions.
- Ask for clarification, reject an insufficient notice, or escalate the matter for staff review.
- Remove, hide, demote, disable access to, or limit visibility of content where legally required or where our rules are breached.
- Where required, notify the affected user and provide the main reason for the decision and a way to respond.
- Restrict repeated clearly unfounded notices, repeated clearly unfounded counter-notices, or other misuse of reporting tools.
Counter-notices and appeals
If your content or account is restricted and you believe the decision is wrong, reply to the decision notice or write to [email protected] with the affected content, decision date, and your explanation. We will review proportionately and may restore content or maintain the restriction.
Transparency
We keep internal records of reports and moderation decisions. We will publish or provide transparency information where the Digital Services Act or another applicable law requires it.
